Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order must include all relevant parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when the product was received.
2. Normal use of the product is discernible; damage due to improper handling is excluded.
3. Products requiring hygiene conditions have been carefully cleaned before starting the return process.
4. The product was identified as defective immediately after receipt.
5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
6. A return will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, will be officially acknowledged within this period.

How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow the steps below to initiate the return process:
1) Send an email to: info@belmorinparis.com
2) Make sure the email contains the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of damage
- Customer’s first and last name
- Customer’s address
We will then contact you to provide the return address.
Please never send the merchandise back to the sender. We will provide the correct address after your request. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.
INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, where the consumer is any natural person entering into a contract for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity:

Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, take possession of the last item.
Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process until delivery, so a refund after receiving the goods is not possible.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Belmorin Paris) clearly (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Withdrawal is considered effective when we have received the goods. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Note for shipments in transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive the goods before returning them. Of course, you can inform us in advance of your withdrawal.
To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract and the receipt of the goods. We use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
